Samantha Bosco's story is nothing short of true inspiration. However, her journey has switched courses in the last couple of weeks. Shortly after finding out she made Team USA and would be heading to Tokyo for the Olympics, she's now focusing on recovering from a cycling accident.
Samantha's accident has her Olympic dream in question as she continues her recovery. Samantha's husband, Andrew, spoke with The Wake Up Call about the accident and Samantha's incredible journey.

Samantha's road to recovery will be a long one. Her mom posted an update on Samantha's GoFundMe page: "Samantha is home from the hospital and has a tough recovery ahead of her. She is strong and feisty, and is making progress every day."
